If all this sounds like too much hassle, we also offer a Custom Content Manager for our VIP members. Once you've installed your lots, rooms or Sims, they should show up in your personal gallery in the game. If by chance you find any package files included with your lot, room or Sim, these need to be placed in the Mods folder as described above, not in the Tray folder. Most custom content is created in a PACKAGE file. Note that if your downloads are in zipped files, you will need to extract the files from the zips first before installing them.
