Restart your PC to automatically reinstall Realtek audio driver.Tick “Delete the driver software for this device” option and click Uninstall to uninstall Realtek audio driver from your Windows 10 computer.Right-click Realtek Audio or Realtek High Definition Audio under “Sound, video and game controllers”.Press Windows + X, select Device Manager to access it.
